Service Description

Important note: A medical evaluation is encouraged before testing is done to rule out medical causes for symptoms. Referrals will be made for medical check up. If you had a check up in the past six months then you must bring a copy of your medical report to your first appointment. The evaluation process includes: - Diagnostic Interview (2 sessions) - Testing (administration of rating scales and self report questionnaires) - Other types of psychometric testing (if needed)* - Report writing - Feedback session and recommendations *Price below does not include price for other testing

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule contact us 48 hours in advance. A 50% deposit will be required of you for every booking. In case of late booking deposit (after 48 hours) will not be refunded.
