Service Description

The assessment includes the following: - parent and child interviews - assigned parent self-report questionnaire - teacher interview and questionnaire - assigned parent and teacher behaviour rating scales - clinic-based psychological tests - review of school and medical records - may include individually administered intelligence testing, educational achievement testing or screening for learning disabilities (Dyslexia and so on) (price will increase for these) - Report Writing - Parent feedback session Hours not reflective of the whole process the hours below are for the first consultation

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule contact us 48 hours in advance. A 50% deposit will be required of you for every booking. In case of late booking deposit (after 48 hours) will not be refunded.
